During a kinesiology session, we’ll begin by discussing your health goals and any concerns you'd like to address. Using gentle muscle testing, I will assess your body’s response to stressors and imbalances, and apply techniques such as acupressure, crystals, essential oils, and affirmations to restore balance. The session will result in a personalised approach, including nutritional advice, lifestyle changes, or exercises, to help promote your overall well-being and empower you with strategies for better health.

What do you specialise in?

I specialise in addressing eating disorders, body dysmorphia, self-worth, stress, emotions and trauma. My approach integrates evidence-based nutrition strategies and combines traditional Eastern medicine to provide holistic support in overcoming these challenges. By understanding the complex connection between physical health and emotional well-being, I aim to empower my clients to cultivate a positive and nurturing relationship with their bodies, equipping them with the tools to develop resilience against stress and trauma.

Can I choose to focus on areas of my life other than nutrition?

I utilise kinesiology to identify and address various issues within the body, as well as blockages that may affect your overall well-being. If you have specific goals in mind, we can work together to achieve them. While many factors may influence your nutrition and eating habits, we can also delve into other important aspects such as financial well-being, relationships, career challenges, academic stress, social anxiety, personal aspirations, and more.

Can kinesiology cause harm to my body?

Kinesiology is considered to be non-invasive and does not cause harm to the body. It involves muscle testing (biofeedback) to identify imbalances in the body such as physical, emotional, biochemical, or spiritual. During muscle testing, a muscle is used as an indicator. After the balance, your muscles will return to their natural energy.

How many sessions do I need?

it's recommended to have at least 5 sessions that are spread out over several weeks. This gives us time to assess and make the necessary adjustments. The goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to help you move through life easily and confidently and assist you when needed.

Do i need to bring the food for testing?

it's not necessary to bring in food, as I use testing kits that cover most foods. However, if you are unsure about a specific supplement or food, it's helpful to bring it in so I can test it on your body. This allows me to assess how your body responds to the supplement and ensure it aligns with your health needs. By testing supplements, we can make sure they are beneficial and support your overall well-being.

What can I expect to feel after an appointment?

Clients may generally feel happy and energised, but some may experience tiredness, lethargy, or exhaustion, which could be due to energy shifts in the body. These shifts can feel similar to a release, so it's important to be kind to yourself, drink plenty of water, and get adequate rest. The goal is to empower you with tools and strategies to promote balance and well-being. Many clients report feeling more relaxed and energised after a session, and follow-up appointments can be scheduled to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
