Hi, I'm Joyce.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a complicated, exhausting relationship with food and your body. For years, I battled guilt, confusion, and disconnection until I discovered a way to heal from the inside out by working with the emotional, physical, and energetic roots of it all.​

As a Functional Nutritionist and Kinesiologist, I now help others do the same, combining evidence-based nutrition, kinesiology, and holistic coaching to uncover the stress patterns, emotions, and beliefs that keep you stuck in cycles of restriction, overeating, or self-sabotage.
